Six Before Twelve equips Black students with the tools, networks, and experiences to write every chapter before graduation.

Six Before Twelve equips Black high school students with the six tools of long-term mobility before graduation: education, career readiness, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, social capital, and wellness. Through experiential learning, culturally responsive curriculum, parent support, and pathways into startup innovation ecosystems, our model integrates the six levers of mobility into one intentional pathway, giving students the support to build confidence, clarity, and real-world proof before they graduate.

Young people deserve the tools to write their own story.

Opportunity should not be accidental.

We design with Black students, families, and communities at the center.

We help students navigate systems without being limited by them.

Students leave with real experiences, real relationships, and real evidence of what they can build.

No student moves alone. Families, mentors, schools, founders, funders, and community partners all play a role in building the pathway.
